Head Contractor
Maxcon provides a traditional head contractor service where we manage and oversee the construction works. In this service we provide a 'lump sum price' to our clients and we assume the construction risk for the works.
Project Management
This fee-based service allows us to manage a project with regard to time and cost. The client would directly contract with recommended sub-contractors and assume the construction risk. Our Construction Management services include sub-contractor procurement and site supervision.
Design & Construction
We provide a design and construct service where a client may also require an initial concept or detailed design works. We source appropriate design consultants to detail the project's requirements and then we proceed with construction works.
